I normally don't post reviews but wanted to share my experience before you book an appointment. Dr. Reed was fine, great education and experience - pretty traditional approach and listened to me/spent time with me but she didn't share a lot about how to manage menopause moving forward and told me that I can just be helped through a primary care doctor. The real issue is how her office bills - I saw her at UW Medical and recevied two bills. One for the facility ($190) and waiting for the additional bill ($650) for the doctor ... read more
Dr. Susan is an amazing doctor, she listened to my worries and I finally got a diagnosis for my condition through her guidance and help. Am very grateful to her for the wonderful service I received every time I visited. Devil highly recommend her. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She never rushed me in any way and very supportive.
