Dr. Gifford is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is easy to speak with at anytime. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touch and care for a patient as a person with high outstanding quality and care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!
I’m very disappointed. At first, Dr. Gifford appeared eager to want to help. Dr. Gifford failed to understand what I was looking for. I came into this office looking for help and she did the exact opposite. She was a very poor listener. Her husband, who’s the receptionist, is extremely rude & unprofessional. He made rude comments to me and told me to learn to be patient when I was informed I should have what I was looking for back in a week. (It was almost a month.) Very, very poor experience! We hired Susan Gifford to help attend to a very delicate situation for us regarding one of our employees. We trusted her to help this employee of ours deal with this delicate situation but unfortunately, things did not go as we had hoped. Our experience with Susan Gifford was very, very poor - even to the point where we honestly questioned whether or not she has the basic qualifications to practice in the therapy field. I would honestly rate my experience as poor. Dr Gifford is a very sweet and kind doctor. However, she does seem to have memory loss. My report was inconsistent and confusing. I’m not sure if she mixed me up with another client. She is very difficult to speak to when you don’t have an actual appointment with her and her mean husband definitely doesn’t make the waiting fun. Some of her input was helpful but some input was very difficult to understand. I do think she is better working with kids than adults. But overall, not the... read more
