I have moved out of state and am trying to get my insurance policies switched I have been calling there office since January and yet to get a phone call back. It is know June 6 months latter and I still am not able to get a hold of them. Not sure what to do anymore cause I can not get anywhere with out getting ahold of susan Coxs office. Would not recommend to anyone and gives state farm a horrible customer service image.
