The staff was so rude when I called.
I can't even get past the rude staff to try to make an appointment. Guess it's for the best.
Other internet reviews say that Dr. Choe takes her time and listens, but this is entirely not true. I was rushed through multiple appointments, Dr. Choe did not explain my condition, options, or side effects, and seemed unaware of information that was written on my chart. She decided to prescribe medications before conducting a physical exam or blood work, and ignored my request for a different treatment plan on multiple occasions. Dr Choe has been an amazing physician from the moment we met nearly 4 years ago. She was diligent to help me get my thyroid under control and was very supportive in my goals of getting off medication if possible. She’s always been patient with me and explaining every detail on my health. She is an amazing communicator and even through the pandemic we made our appointments work.
