I'm done with mph mammograms. My last mammo there was with a girl who wasn't happy with me bc I couldn't stand perfectly. I am handicapped and doing my best. She cranked that thing down on me so hard, I felt it break. Now I realize I have to sign a consent about the possibility of implants getting ruptured during this test but to have someone upset with me bc of my handicap and having the thing clamped down one too many times is wrong. Great staff! Wait time and check in went smooth.
The patient care is impeccable; I have never had a host who personally escorted me all the way to the waiting room. The hallways are bright, clean, and welcoming. The loveliest touch is the signage—butterflies lining the corridor to guide you to the exit. I thought it was a beautiful detail.
I've been going here for years to have my mammograms, and they are a top notch facility.
Having to reschedule a breast cancer biopsy because of an admin error is more than distressing. Finding that out days before the appt and weeks after you scheduled, so that you’re out even FURTHER, is also distressing. Thanks so much. It’s amazing how something small like admin and system training can affect other people’s actual lives :/. Please do better for other people next time. Update: Baycare screwed up every appointment and they screwed up reporting to my insurance so the authorization was wrong. Then I got to spend ... read more
