Heather in ultrasound was fantastic. The whole process seemed rushed. I did not get the personalized attention that I used to get at the Van Dyke location. 8 women in the waiting room and a sign saying be patient we are working with patients, passing out robes and collecting forms just made it feel like a number and not a person.
