Excellent, friendly, professional care from moment I walked in starting with Kim. Amanda and Kristy the techs who did my mammo and ultrasound were fantastic. Caring and personable. Highly recommend this facility.
I checked in for my ultrasound at 1:15 and by 2 I was done. At no time did I feel rushed, nor did I feel that anyone I met I met was rushed to perform their tasks. I felt cared for and appreciated during my 45 minutes at this Baycare imaging facility. At 1:15, Debra checked me in with efficiency and courtesy. She was very friendly and helpful. While I waited to be seen for my ultrasound, I completed forms given to me by Debra. When I was done, I was given a soft pink bathrobe for my gown and a pink bag to use for my clothing... read more
I love BayCare & my technician was very thorough & explained the findings & assured me that I was fine. I appreciated how well she explained everything.
The technician was very knowledgeable to get the right angles the first go round!
