This practice is very poorly run, and my 11 months in the care were very unproductive. I asked to settle payments during my last session, and I was charged during that session, but I received a statement today, four months after my last session, for 11 "unpaid" sessions. This is just one example of the lack of professional attitude that is brought into this practice. The primary reason for my poor review is the poor care I received in my 11 months. Susan doesn't have a waitlist for a reason.
I'VERY BEEN SEEING SUSAN FOR AT LEAST SEVERAL YEARS FOR TREATMENT OF PERSISTENT MAJOR DEPRESSION/BIPOLAR II. SUSAN HAS TAUGHT ME MANY TECHNIQUES FOR COPING WITH MY DISEASE, AND SHE WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH MY PSYCHIATRIST WITH RESPECT TO A COORDINATES TREATMENT PLAN. WHENEVER I'VERY BEEN IN CRISIS, SHE ALWAYS FINDS A WAY TO FIT ME INTO HER PACKED SCHEDULE.
