Does not care about his patients, sows not answer my chart messages even after the 48 hour time noted. Does not return office phone call messages. Beware!!
Upon release from a pacemaker implant surgery, my husband was wheeled from his room to the discharge area where he was left completely alone. No nurse or hospital representative was attending him. I had not arrived yet to pick him up. When he walked out of the hospital on his own volition, I was shocked! I believe it is hospital policy to make sure the patient is escorted to the car in a wheelchair with an attendant? If he would've fallen while still on hospital property, it could have been tragic. I've been sitting here since 4pm and just witnessed them take a female patient whose ear began bleeding as she screams and drops to the floor in obvious pain, the aid/nurse tells her to stop screaming gives her some kleenex and threw her back into the waiting room with absolutely no compassion. And this is a catholic hospital? Run by who?? Satan??? I'll go to Memorial from here on out
