Worst car insurance ever. If you get in an no fault accident it will be the biggest headache for you. I’ve had an accident with other insurance and never had to deal with so much. Would never recommend GEICO for any reason.
My daughter just bought a car and used Susan for her agent. Susan was very responsive and professional and quite thorough to find her the best rate and made sure she had the coverage she needed! She made the process smooth and easy! Definitely would recommend to my family & friends!
Extremely unpleasant experience. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Takes months for them to complete simple request. They do the absolute minimum for there customers. DO NOT SPEND A DOLLAR WITH GIECO...
