Doesn’t do tele-health, making some situations difficult for snowbirds.
I have lived in Naples area over 42 years and Dr Best has been one of the "BEST" doctors I have ever used. She is complete and kind and very smart. Answers all questions and offers great advice. She is not afraid to tell you the truth and keeps a great time clock on appointments. She is "THE BEST" !!
She refused to accept my wife and me as her patients after reviewing our records. Maybe it’s because I am on Medicare or I have too many medical problems for her. She would not even consider a professional courtesy given the fact that I’m a retired physician. I don’t know Dr. Susan Best but she seems very self serving. Not a quality of character I would consider admirable.
Dr Best is the best!
