If you want a real estate team that will truly fight for you Susan & Jessica at SB Property Team were the best for us. They recently sold our home in a challenging Phoenix market. Susie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Selling homes in Gilbert was taking an average of 80 days and Susie sold my house in 2 DAYS!!! Not only did she organize contractors to help with the renovations she help make choices every step of the way to ensure my house would sell quickly and at top dollar! SUSAN IS THE BEST! I’ve purchased many homes over the years, but I have never had such a positive experience as I did with Susan and her team. She is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient.
