This is my second time using Susan Basile as my realtor. She was so friendly, and helpful the first-time that I thought I would try her again. This time to sell my home. I am amazed at all that she did for me, far beyond any one else I've used! To decide on my price point, she not only brought comps, but added up my costs, then subtracted from our proposed total to make sure I would get the money I needed ( she ended up being spot on), she even helped me pack and clean up before staging..
