If I could give -0 Stars I would! They keep cancelling appointments last minute because this provider does not believe she needs to come in and see her patients when they are scheduled. Appointments made MONTHS in advance are cancelled the day of with ZERO explanation and after calling and rescheduling AGAIN, the same thing has happened the last 3 appointments in a row. Love this pediatric neurologist the only problem that I have is, she’s very difficult to get into see. I believe she’s highly qualified in the field that she is in. My only problem is dealing with her nurse unfortunately, I believe she does make some statements and give some advice without consulting with the physician. The doctor i believe that she is very good about returning an on-call to her when she is on call. She is very compassionate and very good at interaction with toddlers.
As a parent we want the best for our children, and I as a grandmother raising my granddaughter I wanted the same. So we went to what we where told was the best. Yes she is good with kids yes she ran tests to find out the problems BUT when the diagnosis came in there where NO answers to my questions of treatment, procedures or what to expect next only she'll have to learn to adapt and deal.
