I’ve been here before they’ve done really really good with my kid and my biggest problem is trying to get a hold of this place. I’ve called quite a few times in the past couple hours and it keeps telling me that the line is busy and won’t even let me leave a voicemail or anything and they’re open
Called before coming in and front desk lady was awfully rude. Laughing at me for asking if they were busy. She said yes and when I came in nobody was in the waiting room. I went in and explained I had been exposed to black mold and she said there’s nothing we can do unless you have symptoms. I informed her I have major heart problems and have been short of breath. I had a wonderful experience for my first time visit. Kristen, the Medical Receptionist, was friendly, polite, and professional. Alma, the Medical Assistant was the same. My provider, Hannah, Nurse Practitioner, did a thorough and professional evaluation and assessment, explained everything, answered my questions, and gave me a plan of treatment. No wait this morning, and will use this Immediate Care Clinic without hesitation should the need arise in the future. A great 5 Star Experience!
I really liked Dr Kristy Motter. She was very professional and took great care of me. I hope she stays at the Clinic.
Best thing that ever happened to me was the front desk lady lying and getting me kicked out and sent to a new doctor. Matt was telling me everything was in my head and that it was just a mental disorder. Come to find out I have necrosis in most of my body and severe heart problems. Honestly a joke of an office and truly a blessing I got removed from here. Wouldn't have my new hips and in less pain if I hadn't.
