Dr Austin did surgery on my child’s broken arm. It looked to me like a hairline fracture. She believed my daughter should get a rod surgically put in. Months later we went in to have the rod taken out. When we arrived Dr Austen was late. We waited and she showed up in a giddy, hyper giggly mood. I felt uncomfortable.
