The best. I see Serena for my facials and have for about 6 months. One of the best things I’ve ever done. She keeps me glowing and looking at least 10 years younger. She has a great attitude, always on time and listens to my concerns and takes absolute care of skin to which I get complimented on frequently. Great salon in Porter Ranch! My wife and I are going to ANDREA for years. We are always happy with her MASTER work. If you are looking blonde and cut specialist she is your girl! All stuff is amazing and owners Tami & Gina are very professional.
Use to get my hair done here with a wonderful stylist a few years back. I was in need of a haircut and I didn’t want to drive all the way to my regular salon in Beverly hills during the holidays for a trim. I was very quickly reminded why I stopped patronizing this salon. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the phone at Susan Allen. Literally never answer or return calls. They also don’t have a website to book online. Terrible way to run a business.
After wonderful work for 6 yesrs. My hairdresser was distracted by others. Never had a conversation with me. And gave me a total brown on brown highlights when she's always given me a light brown base and pretty golden highlight. So disappointed. Took up 3 hrs of my time. She offerd for me to come back to strip my hair which sounded awful.and my hair still recovering from health issues that made it very fragile.
