I went in, not knowing what I really wanted and Tristy Viniello gave me very good recommendations on what to get. Because I have darkish, honey brown hair, I really wanted to get a blonde Sheen. I spent maybe an hour with her and she was able to give me highlights and bleach my hair. I can’t stop looking at it because of how natural it looks. She was so nice and welcoming to me and she trimmed up my hair exactly how I wanted. Thank you so much and I will be coming back to her.!!
I’ve been seeing Jovan at Susan Alan for years now and she is legitimately the best! I don’t trust anyone else with my curls. We’ve done cuts of all kinds, color from blonde to brown to purple, highlights, Brazilian blowouts, extensions, and she covers my grays so no one can tell they were ever there. She’s an artist, a sympathetic ear and just flat-out fun to spend time with. Every time I’ve been to Susan Alan it’s spotless and the front desk crew is extremely sweet. Highly highly recommend!
I absolutely love coming to Susan Alan Salon. The front desk is always friendly and easy to reach when scheduling appointments. Parking can be a little limited, but they have a fantastic valet who makes it quick and stress-free. Jovan is amazing and absolutely works magic with my hair every single time. I honestly wish I had read a review like this before booking because it would’ve saved me almost $170 and months of growing out my hair. This was my first time here. My experience here has been wonderful for several reasons. I just started getting into styling my hair as I have always been a bit hesitant since having finer/thiner hair. Coming here I have gotten hair cuts and coloring done by Melissa and extensions with Gina both have taken the time to reassure me about the steps that they were taking in the process to still keep my hair healthy while giving it a nice touch that has boosted my self confidence immensely.
