Susa was so friendly and knowledgeable when I attended a trial workout class. It is a very welcoming small gym and nice knowing there is a personal trainer supervising making sure you are doing all the workouts correctly.

SusaFit is fabulous! I have been training with Susa for 11 years. Susa and Ollie are dedicated professionals. They are very knowledgable and want to share that knowledge to ensure every trip to the gym is a productive one.They are very aware of their clients abilities. They know when you need a push but are also ready to offer alternative programs when necessary. Most importantly; they are kind and truly care about their clients. I highly recommend Susafit.
