I had a great workout, no judgemental vibe for a first time public gym. Equipment is top notch with more grips than I had ever seen. The owner was nice and the guy he was coaching seemed to be enjoying the workout. Overall, the gym had enough dumbbells, machines and benches for a large amount of people regarding the size of the gym, the community was nice and I felt very comfortable. Thanks
We were so happy to find this gym whilst holidaying in mission beach. The gym has amazing, new well functioning equipment. Plenty of weights and cardio machines and is immaculately clean. All the members are lovely and helpful. There is such a nice community feel in the gym. Glenn is so kind and friendly and helped us to sort out a weeks membership. We only wish we were here longer.
