Such a clean gym, amazing members/staff, and overall amazing workouts! I love being apart of Survival Fitness, it has been helping my mental/physical health and it makes me feel like a whole new person! It's been 4 weeks of me working out here and I have toned up a lot already, and I have been getting a lot of compliments! From going from Planet Fitness to Survival Fitness is the best decision I have made.
I have always been a cardio junky and didn’t put much attention into strength training. I decided to join SF with my sister who said I would become addicted to the workouts once I started…three months later and she was right! This gym not only gives you the workouts, it gives you a family…that supports, cheers and pushes you to your max. I am so thankful for Survival Fitness, for the muscles and family I have gained! 5++++ stars!!
The facility itself is great, and every coach and member is welcoming and willing to help you reach your goals.
This gym is a literal life-changer. An amazing community led by kind but challenging coaches, where all are welcome regardless of experience or skill level. I joined with no CrossFit experience when I relocated to the area, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The friends I made and the fitness I developed at survival will last a lifetime!
