Hands down one of the worst organisations to try and get support to use this tech effectively, which is now old with many features grandfathered. Difficult to understand which features are still current — cannot speak to a real person with any product knowledge. Support emails take days and even weeks to reply and eventually drop off their radar. Very unprofessional for anyone who is a paid SurveyMonkey user.
I've been recieving phishing mails from Survey Monkey for 6 month now. 100% scam
