This is a classic Free Trial for 7 days to then trap you into a contract that bills you $300. I let them know at the end of the 7 days that I would not be using the application but they billed it anyways. When I tried to get it removed in the second week, they said, too bad. That's our policy. You are stuck and there is no way to refund any of it even though I used for only one week. Horrible business practice.

I’ve had a frustrating experience with SurveyMonkey that I feel others should be aware of. The company has a very poor reputation, as evidenced by the numerous complaints available on both the BBB and Trustpilot websites. If you take a look at their BBB page (link) and their Trustpilot page (link), you'll see a pattern of complaints about SurveyMonkey's deceptive business practices. Extremely sus business model - unnecessarily expensive service and inability to properly cancel. I highly advise against doing business with SM.
