Extremely detailed and thorough survey, catching all the things we expected and picking up on lots more areas we missed. The survey was well laid out and easy to follow while providing all the necessary details and expected costs. On top of this, the follow up call with Ross was really helpful and I have no hesitation in calling him back with any questions. Easy to book, very fast turnaround (especially for the Christmas period), great communication, and good value for money.
So impressed by our experience working with Ross - the quote was very competitive and included a drone survey (which we were keen to have covered as we heard there were roof works required on the property we were trying to purchase). The report was very detailed and included lots of photos. Wow! What an amazing company. I cannot thank Ross enough for all of his hard work and my report was great. Ross made time to go through our report and also offered me a phone call at any time to discuss further if we had any questions. The turn around time was also great and the commutation was always 10/10. What a lovely company and a great guy. The ladies you get through to on reception were also exceptional and so helpful. They have very competitive pricing & also offered a free drone survey. They also offer the option of having a call with Ross after the survey to discuss anything on the report. They give you lots of their time after the survey has been done ensuring everything is understood and all questions are answered. They don’t speak in jargon and really speak in simple English helping amateurs like myself understand the report in detail.
