Very satisfied with the survey that Ross did. An extremely detailed report that allowed us to have a much better understanding of the state of the house. He also found something concerning for which he recommended having a specialist damp survey before we sign or commit to anything. With his recommendation, he saved us a huge headache and a large sum of money. Extremely pleased with Ross's job, and I would absolutely use his services again
Really unhappy with service provided by Shazmeena at front desk. We had arranged a survey with sufficient notice to be provided in time for an auction property. I was assured they would be able to complete the survey and arrange access and that they were in contact with the agent to gain access. When I called to check that they survey was going ahead and the report would be provided in time, they informed me that they weren't able to get in contact with the agent (I've had no issues with this) and hence hadn't arranged anyth... read more
We had a great experience! They were very kind, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly. The Level 3 inspection was thorough and well-executed, including drone photos. They provided a detailed and easy-to-understand report, and also took the time to review it with us in a 45-minute conversation. I highly recommend their services!
Hello. It has been a pleasure working with Ross and the team. They have been responsive, provided the full RICS report on time and scheduled a follow-up meeting to discuss its contents, including the identified defects and indicativecosts. The report including the drone survey which i would highly recommend. One of the recommendations in the report has been actioned by us - a further comprehensive structural integrity inspection.
