I've three properties surveyed by these guys. The service from start to finish was excellent. Really easy to book the survey with Shaz help including any notes I wanted the surveyor to check in particular. On the day of the survey I also got a brief outline of the 'worst bits' about the properties. Fast, friendly and professional service at a very reasonable price. Needed a survey on a property in Milton Keynes and Syed pulled out all the stops to provide a thorough report with all the vital information allowing me to make a well informed decision. Highly recommend!
Very thorough survey. Highlighted things I didn’t even think about, and during our after survey phone call, Ross gave me some advice that proved very helpful in the purchase. Very well priced too, with the added drone survey included in the price, so I was able to get the complete picture of the property. Would use again.
Extremely detailed and thorough survey, catching all the things we expected and picking up on lots more areas we missed. The survey was well laid out and easy to follow while providing all the necessary details and expected costs. On top of this, the follow up call with Ross was really helpful and I have no hesitation in calling him back with any questions. Easy to book, very fast turnaround (especially for the Christmas period), great communication, and good value for money.
Wow! What an amazing company. I cannot thank Ross enough for all of his hard work and my report was great. Ross made time to go through our report and also offered me a phone call at any time to discuss further if we had any questions.
