They have been responsive, provided the full RICS report on time and scheduled a follow-up meeting to discuss its contents, including the identified defects and indicativecosts. Very satisfied with the survey that Ross did. An extremely detailed report that allowed us to have a much better understanding of the state of the house. He also found something concerning for which he recommended having a specialist damp survey before we sign or commit to anything. With his recommendation, he saved us a huge headache and a large sum of money. Extremely pleased with Ross's job, and I would absolutely use his services again
