Survey works is our go to survey company; this was our second time working with them. Survey Works has the best customer service of any survey company I have delt with in Austin. They are great to work with.
Derek and the Survey Works crew recently completed an as-built survey of our property. We have owned the property since 1993 and had never done an as-built survey. The Survey Works field crew was on-time, polite, efficient and professional. There were some boundary questions which required research from the original title of the property (early 1950's) and involved 3 different properties, including the larger original plat. This was the first opportunity our real estate office had to hire Derek to do a survey. We were truly impressed with his attentiveness to the deadline and the speed and efficiency that he completed the work. He was easy to communicate with and was prompt in responding to questions and issues.
