William Shippen, managing partner, is so incompetent that he misconstrued the proper existing location of a grave site monument in place on the ground by 2' on the horizontal land scale .. and used this error to then mis-locate the 4 corners of our grave plot at Raymond Hill Cemetery in Raymond ME by 2' .. end result is that our granite monument will be 2' out of line with all the other granite monuments on other grave plots in our row forever and the foot of our 2' grave plot will be right up against the edge of the abuttin... read more
Over the course of a month and several phone calls we spoke once and he said he’d be in touch in a couple days and I never heard back. Called again and left a message. If you are too busy please just say so. I completely understand how busy businesses are right now but to leave me hanging and not return phone calls is highly unprofessional
