Dan is efficient experienced and diligent .. Dan had many repairs to perform including repairing damaged biflod doors Filling and pai ting damage walls an doors and door frames , also adjusted a sliding door lock i personally installed so it actually worked.. I’m happy to recommend Dan for building work. I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable when he helped me with what I thought would be a quick job, removing a birds nest from underneath the solar panels, but turned out to take much longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Dan explained the possibility of the nest being a fire risk as protection on the underside of panels is minimal. Regardless, Dan pushed ahead and completed the job. Dan is a wonderful gent! I am very happy to have found someone I can trust completely, both to do a great job and in my home. And judging from my text messages with Sue, she is just as lovely as Dan. I highly recommend Dan and Sue. 5⭐️
I could only give Dan 5 stars, because that's as high as they go. What a pleasure it was to meet Dan, and his son Archie, and watch them methodically and carefully go about their work. When Dan said he would be there, he was there. His fee for the job was extremely reasonable and I was more than happy with all aspects of his work. Especially the clean up. I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. He will not disappoint.
