Dan was able to fit us in on short notice, which we really appreciated. He was reliable, professional, and the quality of his work was excellent. His pricing was also very fair. Highly recommend!
Dan went out of his way to fit us in during busy Christmas period. He is very nice & polite, and gets the job done. He did a wonderful job of replacing rotten spindles and strengthened my deck staircases. I strongly recommend Dan.

Dan is efficient experienced and diligent .. Dan had many repairs to perform including repairing damaged biflod doors Filling and pai ting damage walls an doors and door frames , also adjusted a sliding door lock i personally installed so it actually worked.. I’m happy to recommend Dan for building work. I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable when he helped me with what I thought would be a quick job, removing a birds nest from underneath the solar panels, but turned out to take much longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Dan explained the possibility of the nest being a fire risk as protection on the underside of panels is minimal. Regardless, Dan pushed ahead and completed the job.
