I was looking for a new long-term physician and scheduled an initial meeting with one of the "providers" here. It was not Dr. Minton. I met him years ago and he did do a physical for me and I remember liking him, but I was given someone else(TB). I have never felt so invisible and such a non-entity as I did with this appointment. TB walked in, went past me, sat down, looked at some papers I provided with lots of previous lab work, looked at the laptop screen and maybe gave me eye contact 20% of the time. If you have a persistent condition that is concerning, get a second opinion. I knew that I had a non-alcoholic fatty liver, but my liver enzymes were consistently triple what they should be. Tim Black had an ultra sound done in their office and assured me it was fine. I went to another dr and ended up having a fibroscan which indicated cirrhosis then had to have a liver biopsy which found stage 3 fibrosis.
