Having not gone to the dentist in around 10 years, I was understandably quite nervous about today’s appointment, but Dr Bistra and the rest of the amazing team made it incredibly easy and stress free. From the TV playing Netflix in the ceiling while they worked, to their incredibly caring, non-judgemental attitude, this is easily the best dentist I have ever been to. Staff are amazing, Dr Bistra is lovely, best dentist I've had
I cannot recommend Dr Sophie, Shannyn on reception and the team highly enough. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist and have experienced panic attacks due to my fear, so making an appointment was incredibly difficult for me. From my very first phone call, Shannyn was so gentle, patient, and reassuring. She made me feel comfortable and supported before I had even stepped through the door. Dr Sophie and her team are hands down the best dentists I’ve ever had. They are incredibly warm and welcoming, provide thorough information in a way that is really clear and easy to understand. I really enjoy every appointment and could not recommend them more highly!
