Took car in for inspection. Drove it to the facility everything was fine with all wheels. They drove it into a bay behind the building and twenty minutes later they told me the wheels were locked in the rear. Said they weren't sure what was the cause and needed to diagnose it for an additional charge. I granted them to do so and they said the parking brake ring was broke.
