They do not keep their citizens updated on the Corvid 19 virus. Surrounding counties are not having a problem doing this so what’s up Surry ?

They just do a great job!! The staff is so nice, knowledgeable, and competent. I have WIC and have had to change my baby’s formula a couple of times as we learned what she could and could not tolerate. With This office that process has always been easy. One time it was even after we had bought all of our supply for that month, and they let us bring it and turn it in for credit toward the new kind. I was SO grateful for that!!! They really need to answer their phones or return calls in the family planning department. I rescheduled an appointment Tuesday, called Wednesday to reschedule again cause my kid was sick and left a message. Nobody ever called me back, called back today and left another message, still no call back. Called and talked to operator and was told someone would call me back asap and still no call.
