David and his crew were exceptional! David is the owner and he created the perfect landscape design to update our house. David and his crew were highly skilled in everything they did, from retainer wall installation, irrigation system upgrades, planting, troubleshooting other issues. They were on time, polite, worked hard, and cleaned up every day. The final project is stunning. I would recommend Surroundings for any landscape project!
Excellent hardscape design with attention to detail. Wonderful cheerful hardworking crew who was receptive and responsive to questions and concerns. Checked periodically by owner. Great overall experience seeing my rock path/stairway and stone patio materialize.
These guys did a great job. Very professional and easy to work with. Will be using them again for other upcoming projects.
UPDATE (2024): It turns out that a product used in our project had a defect. It didn’t manifest for a while, and there’s no way Surroundings would have known about it when using it initially. When we contacted them about it, they analyzed what happened, discovered the defect, and 100% stood behind it (making a complete repair with a new product). It’s as good as new.
