Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My treatment is going very smooth. The doctors here are amazing and would highly recommend.
They're ok. The reason for the low rating is that we showed up for our appointment 5 minutes early but still waited 45 minutes to be seen. Our time is valuable too but wasn't respected.
Surrideo straightened out my teeth with Spark aligners. I'm an adult who didn't wear his retainers after braces, so thirty years later, I'm done. But surrideo did their part quickly and professionally, and I was straightened out in two years. They were (and are) a pleasure to work with! I'll see you in 12 years (for my daughter, not for myself)
Reception is very blunt and condescending, on the phone and no better in person. Definitely not a good first impression walking in. Luckily the ladies in the back doing the important stuff, were so welcoming and lovely. Very down to earth, easy to talk to and made you feel comfortable.
