I would give rating in negative instead of zero. Very poor service and unprofessional attitude. I think they are not even qualified for this job as they lack the basic knowledge to find what the issue is. My cell phone battery died and I told them it might be because of the water inside of it and if they can look into this…the guy at the front desk told me to come after an hour and when I came back, he told his manager and himself are not able to figure out what the issue is…SERIOUSLY ..What a SHAME….and no courtesy of sayin... read more
