A bit crowed
Poorly managed no filters on the drinking systems in the fitness room. Bathroom taps only despence only cold water to wash your hands. Steam room never has worked correctly for over 15 years. The pool play areas for the kids are all broken and not being repaired even after a 6 week maintenence shut down.General manager just says well we are an aging centre. In other words we couldn't care less about your concerns.
