Red Flag! Never even got the chance to look at a unit. Worker totally ghosted me after promising to look after me. Voicemail, texts, nothing. Twice when they answered the phone and realized who it was, they acted like they could not hear me. I stated in a message that if they didn't have anything available that was fine, it is what it is, I'll look elsewhere but have the decency to say so. We're trying to make plans here! Excellent storage unit. Really convenient location, great that you can drive up to it, huge doors that make it easy to get stuff in and out, great security, cheaper than other providers, and great customer service. Perfect!
Great service
Highly recommend this great facility. Staff are super friendly and always try to accommodate any requests you have. Month to month agreements and even give you a custom lock for your container! Units are nice and clean and not old beat up containers, almost brand spanking new. 24/7 Security and large enough property to move your trailer or truck with ease. Highly recommend them and will definitely be returning in the near future! Thank you for making my move painless with you guys!
