Great experience, they were able to diagnose and fix the issue in one visit. No waiting room but there is a McDonald's nearby so I recommend going there.

I went in for repair to my A/C and in less than an hour, they'd found and fixed the problem with a minimal cost. One tiny disconnected part replaced (my lucky day!) and a week later the A/C is going strong!
