Very disappointed with my experience with this dealership and Lifan Rahman. Before purchasing the vehicle, I clearly explained that I wanted a hybrid specifically to save money on fuel and that I did not want a plug-in vehicle because I do not have convenient access to charging. I was sold the vehicle as a hybrid, but the fact that it was a mild hybrid, along with the operation and limitations of its hybrid and battery systems, was not clearly explained to me before the purchase.
