I want to take this time to thank Surrey Mitsubishi. I have 2023 Phev Outlander and I have been going for Service here. The service department has a great customer service here. The lady and the guy are so genuine and they always want to try help you and figure things out for your car. They don't dismiss your car issues when you explain it to them. Make sure every promise is written into the contract before signing, and do not rely only on verbal promises made by a salesperson or manager. Otherwise, you may end up feeling misled like I did. I purchased a vehicle from Surrey Mitsubishi and was sold an extended warranty. When I signed the contract, the manager who handled it, Payush, clearly told me that I could cancel the warranty at any time.
