Waiting one hour past my mother's surgery time, and no one has even put an IV in her. Their vain findin machine is missing, and it doesn't seem to matter, no one is looking for it for 2 hours. And they just goes work the IV, doesn't Maurer if they poke my mother 4 times... The surgery room is busy, but we are next, like a washroom line up... Worst place to have a surgery.
