Poor communication with emails not being answered. A simple ‘we are busy at the moment, can you try somewhere else?’ would go a long way!
Ignore emails - have been contacting them all week about my dogs urgent nail trim & when I called the ‘trainee’ vet nurse said they had got it but chose not to reply. I don’t know why you would have an email and not reply to incoming emails.. Even as a ex vet nurse, the way this place runs, it’d be very surprised if it was still a clinic within a year, if that.
