I’ve used Surrey Heating in the past when I had a problem with my boiler and it suddenly went wrong again yesterday - had hot water but no heat. I called late Wednesday afternoon and they were here first thing Thursday morning. Brilliant service as always, got a message saying the engineer was on his way about 30 minutes before he got here. My 18 year old boiler was replaced efficiently and this only took 4 hours. A couple of days after fitting there was a minor problem with the wi fi connection which was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Warm house and hot water. Happy customer.
Had a boiler service, engineer friendly and professional. A lot quicker than i thought he would be to be honest. But i was sent an invoice of the checks made and looks like he did everything needed so all good.
We have a maintenance contract for our central heating after issues a few years ago which were resolved by Surrey Heating. Paul recently completed the annual service, included as part of the contract. Whole process from booking the appointment, at a date to suit us, through to completion of the work was extremely efficient and easy. Ryan's team undertook a 'change over' install for us - removing our existing back boiler, loft tanks and cylinder; replaced by state-of-the-art Worcester combi. Despite the seemingly daunting task his expert crew of polite and very competent tradesmen arrived bang on time and immediately set to work.
