These guys were fantastic - from prompt, clear information from Ryan all the way through to the service from the guys on the day. They were on time, polite and got the job done very efficiently. Plus explained everything about our new boiler and Hive system. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing help.
Paul was friendly, efficient, and took the time to check the radiators while servicing the boiler. He also gave useful tips on adjusting for the winter. Very satisfied with the service. This is the first time we have used Surrey Heating for our boiler annual service. Super efficient from booking the appointment to updates on engineer time to the very efficient and friendly engineer Terry. Showed us a small problem we had took pictures, obtained serial number so we could contact Worcester as under guarantee still.Great job lovely company will be using them again for sure. Thank you.
