Noticed a radiator was leaking, filled out the easiest online form I have ever completed and had a call within around 10 minutes with an appointment on the same day! I was expecting the usual between now and 9pm etc, what a pleasant suprise when at 12.37 the advised it would be by 4pm! Incredibly professional engineer Terry who fixed our boiler and stayed to give advice on other heating-related questions. Great communication from start to finish with arrival time so I wasn't hanging around all day waiting. Would highly recommend!
