Had to call Rob "The Resourceful Handyman" as my kitchen sink got totally plugged. I was extremely grateful, as he went out of his way to come assist me after picking up his wife from work (luckily I live close to her office). Was a very efficient, truly pleasant positive-energy gentleman even though he got quite the gross splash of dirty sink water. I felt terrible as he told me afterwards he had already showered. Rob does very clean jobs and is thoughtful and accommodating to customer's needs. Highly recommend.

I needed help with a sagging deck. Rob was able to rebuild my deck to even better than new. He was fun to work with and really knows his stuff.

I contacted Rob for a fairly simple job; he came, said he would email me an estimate, and I never heard from him again (I did follow up several times sheet the following month). This despite him assuring me that if he couldn't do the work, he would let me know and not just ghost.
