Been shopping at surrey bridal since they opened in payal business centre. We ended up purchasing a lot of outfits from them. We got matching gudwara outfits for me and my daughters, reception lengas and mendi outfits for my daughter and son. All of our outfits got so many compliments, they all came in a timely manner and all of the sizing and figments were just as we confirmed. Came here recently shopping for a bridal lehenga and didn’t realize the experience would leave me feeling so drained after just one visit. Not only were the staff abrasive, but anytime I asked for changes or suggestions, their responses felt dismissive and uncertain, which made me very uneasy. The outfits also felt extremely outdated, so it honestly wasn’t worth dealing with the poor customer service and attitude. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
There is very good customer service and the clothing quality is amazing. Whenever we have special events we go there. The prices are affordable and very good when compared to the clothing quality. I would highly recommend going there.
I would like to share that my sister came to surrey bridal to get her wedding outfits and the staff did a wonderful job assisting us. We tried on multiple outfits, styles, and colours, everyone was very accommodating and talking us through on what the vision is that we were going for. My sister ended up getting two beautiful outfits which I will show below. But I know we will definitely be coming again.
