This gym is located inside an industrial area where large commercial trucks are constantly moving in and out for deliveries. The trainers regularly send people running outside around the building as part of the workout, but this is extremely unsafe. Trucks come and go, and despite the trainer yelling at drivers to “watch out,” it doesn’t make sense to have people running in an active loading zone. Been going to this place since 2 months and I have noticed a significant change in me. The energy is improved, the strength levels are up. The coaches are very amazing and caring. Fellow members are really supportive. Its a great place to workout.

I've been working out at Surrey Athletics for just over 4 months now. I completed the foundations program with Brittany, which was very challenging after not having set foot in a gym in almost a year. Brittany and John's program definitely isn't easy but I've noticed serious results in the past few months.
