I absolutely love this place! I jus wish I would have joined sooner. All the coaches are amazing! If you stick with the program you will loose weight and gain strength.
It’s honestly hard to put into words what the past 7 years at Surrey Athletics have meant to me, but I’ll try. Had a brilliant time dropping in for 5 classes over the holidays. They were extremely welcoming, helpful and supportive when signing up and doing the classes. Felt challenged during the classes but they were also very accessible if you were a beginner. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a WOD!

Brittany and John Fraser are very knowledgeable couple ,in overall fitness and nutrition . They make you feel like you can accomplish anything ,by encouraging you to do better.
