The Service Technician called on the day to advise me that his name is Paul and he will be completing the service, also gave me a timeframe of his expected arrival... fabulous customer service to start with. Extremely disappointed with Surrey Air. Either they are utterly incompetent or deliberately ripping off customers. Avoid! Their technician spent an hour testing our AC, only for the office to then claim I needed a $1,700 controller replacement on top of a $300+ callout fee for the original visit which was never disclosed upfront. Skeptical of the advice, I called another company, who visited promptly, reset the system in literally one minute, and had everything working perfectly—no costly replacement required at all.
