Most definitely the best Dentist I've ever being at. Every single one of the staff there are auper friendly and very helpful. Almost everyone in that building helped me in some way. They make you feel relaxed and at home. They are so hospitable it almost feel like I've being going to them for years but it was actually my first time. So far Melissa, the front desk lady is providing me with great customer service if this can apply to the dental field. She went above and beyond to get me this appointment. she alone nicely welcomed me. Thanks to her, so far everything is going great. I will wait to meet the actual dentist.

PB Dental Spa has been outstanding in working with me during the issues around my insurance. Even when I lost my composure over insurance, they hung in there with me, so that I felt confortable returning when everything I thought got squared away, only to find there still were issues. I really appreciate their perseverance to get it all okay. Great dental care also.
Dr. Jayroe is wonderful, and his staff are superb. From the front desk to the dental chair to the end of my visit, I experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness. What a great dental practice!
