I went in to trade in a tesla model 3 i was upside in and no longer wanted, Terry and Montana were able to help me get out of it and get into a brand new 2024 Honda Accord! Thank you to Jonah as well for explaining all the feature of the vehicle and sending the car to get re-detailed because it was still a bit dirty so i can drive home in a spotless car!
The person I spoke with to set up the appt was kind of a ****. However, when I arrived another gentleman approached and I decided to deal with him, which ultimately upset the ****. Nathan Garcia was absolutely fantastic. Told him what I was there for and he took care of it. I hope Germain Honda is able to keep Nate around, because I will be requesting him in the future and telling anyone else I know to do the same.
Just had key service this morning at Surprise Honda and was impressed. I got a 630am appt and Victor Morales took care of me quickly. I was out of there in 90min with additional service recommendations. Overall a very good experience.
