Big, clean, hassle free, short wait. Free beverages & snacks + t.v. while you wait. I leased my '22 CR-V from Germain Honda in Naples, Florida. Moved from SW Florida to Phoenix recently. Glad to have another Germain owned Honda franchise here for prompt expert service. Nobody does it better.
Misinformed and deceived of a service that was presented as free maintenance
What a disappointment. This place is very deceptive and dishonest. Made an 11:30 appointment for 2016 Honda Fit for oil change and tire rotation. Owned this car since 2016 so I know this service takes an hour. Was told the wait was 1.5 to 2 hours. I asked what was the point of making an appointment only to be told “an appointment gives you a service advisor to talk to”. This is the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard! My husband take he is mini van to this place for fixing the problem so the guy show up give him ..... price to fixing he is ar at the end when my husband go for pick up he is car the guy charged my husband 800$ extra for no reason
I take my car to this place the said 1050$ to fixing the problem and next day when I go to pay and pickup my car charge me 1850$
