Service Advisor Francisco Ostos does an outstanding job. The technicians during a routine oil change found that my front suspension components had failed on my Passport. This was covered under my certified pre-owned warranty and I was very grateful. Everything was explained to me and I was provided me transportation home. I though the service center was getting better, but they are still resorting to scare tactics for up charges. My wife recently took her Honda in for an A1 service and got the vehicle back with everything in the green. It's 3 years old with 20k on it. Then today I get this email saying our safety is at risk and our tires are worn and need to be replaced. The tires still have 7/32 of tread left, and are in good shape having a three year old date code. These scare tactics need to stop.

Excellent service for my 2008 CRV. Quick and thorough diagnostic of my vehicle. My service advisor Kevin went above and beyond for me. Reasonable prices as well for a dealership, If you value certified work and OEM parts and are willing to pay a mild premium for that service, I highly recommend Germain Honda service department.
Had an amazing help from both Brett and Logan in helping my boyfriend getting into his new car! Awesome work will recommend!
