They lost my business--unreliable and rude! I'm shopping for a kitchen and bath remodel--a big project and I wanted a reliable one-stop shopping/installation. Surprise Granite lists their hours as 8am to 4pm on their website. We arrived at 11:30 am and the door was locked and the lights were off. This company came out to drill a hole in our granite for an RO system. The owner, Joshua, was able to get an installer out within minutes, which was amazing! Unfortunately, the gentleman Frank drilled the hole the wrong size—too big. Now, our RO faucet does not sit properly on the counter, and we will have to rig it up, ruining the aesthetics. Surprise Granite is absolutely the BEST! We have had Granite countertops installed in 5 of our homes over the last 10 years, and our recent (April 2025) experience with Josh was just great. He and his employees provided an initial estimate in one day, and the technical measurements were completed two days later. I needed the front edge and a half inch on each side of my Granite countertop cut away to install a tall gas range top. Armando made quick work of it and did an excellent job. He was very professional and personable. I will use them again when the farm sink needs to go in.
We ordered a few tile samples and they were inadvertently delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to Surprise Granite via email and they apologized and promptly 2nd day shipped the samples so we'd have them asap. Incredible customer service!!
