This service department has solidified I will never purchase another Ford. There is a reason the ratings are so low, it's because the employees have the faintest iota of customer service, minimal updates about my vehicle. They ordered a part for a warranty fix, and knew that the part wouldn't be in for quite a while. When I handed him the keys, Joe wrote a $210 diagnostic feeon a clipboard, insisting it was necessary.
