my dog Rocket has diabetes and they are walking me through how to take care of him. Dr Johanna Deking was in a great happy upbeat mood and that helped me it was a 6pm visit and I was tired worried and soar from working thanks again guys you are all great!
Staff always friendly and caring!
Vaccination appointment and ongoing treatment of his skin condition. They’ve helped me work through and rule out several possible causes of his itchy irritated skin from food allergies to mites. We are onto a new treatment and hopefully we can be done with his itching. All the staff are great with him from the front desk, the techs and the vets, they get right down on the floor with him to make him feel comfortable and today he didn’t even want to leave. My daughter told me about her vet and it’s the first time I’ve been to a vet since my little buddy passed away. I was so nervous because my Slim is his sister. They were so very thorough and compassionate. Slim is doing well and I absolutely will continue to drive from Scottsdale to have all my vet needs taken care of by Surprise Animal Hospital &Grooming.
