I purchased press n link vinyl tiles from Surplus Warehouse ($500) and this product is defective. I couldn't find any reviews on it, only You Tube videos by the salesman. I read the directions, watched the videos and did everything I was supposed to do and these vinyl planks just would not stay together or lay flat. When I took them back to Surplus Warehouse, the manager told me I could not return them, even though I asked about returning them at checkout and was told I could return them.
