Tried to buy a truck from surplus auctions, no emails to let you know your bid was excepted no emails to let you know if you were successful or not. Auction closes with your bid as the highest and then the next day a mysterious person at the last second bid 4 grand more than you. Same thing happened to my brother last week .Zero transparency the won’t even call you back to explain what happened.would not recommend using this service.
